DURATION:     7 NIGHTS AND 08 DAYS Yoga and Fitness Retreats


This is also with same concept as our Yoga program with stay in Ashram, but the difference is that in this we will arrange stay at a luxury resort which is outside the town and located in perfect settings.

Yoga Teachers:

  • Yoga teachers have 7 years or more yoga teaching experience
  • He / She will be a certified yoga teacher and would have completed academic yoga


  • He / She is a part of a team of yoga teachers Yoga and Fitness Retreats
  • Yoga teachers have completed multiple certificate programmes in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Patanjali yoga

DAY 01:                 DELHI – HARIDWAR – RISHIKESH (220 KMS 6-7HRS)

Start early morning (around 7 Am or if possible at 6AM to avoid traffic) Yoga and Fitness Retreats

Evening Yoga

A snapshot of the Yoga: The yoga taught to you will be integrated yoga, integrating Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Patanjali Yoga and other streams of Yoga

Pranayama         – After the preparatory practices such as Kapalbhati, Sheetali and Sadanta, you will practice sectional breathing and finally settle into balanced pranayama

Meditation         Meditation will be the main form of meditation practiced while giving you an idea of japa, ajapa, chanting and bhajans

Dinner at resort. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 2:                   PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION, MORNING YOGA, BREAKFAST, VEDANTA Yoga and Fitness Retreats

Swami ji, or one of his one of his disciples will give a discourse on Vedanta (Veda means Vedas and anta meaning ‘at the end’)


Yoga Nidra          Swami ji will conduct a session called ‘Yoga Nidra’ or Yogic Sleep which will be a relaxation technique to help de-stress

Vedanta               Vedanta discourse will continue. You may ask your questions here and clarify your doubts.    Upanishads in the Vedas are the culmination where disciples ask Acharyas or teachers their questions

DAY 3:                   CLEANSING PRANAYAMAS, KRIYAS, YOGA NIDRA, SATTVIC Yoga and Fitness Retreats

Breakfast, Relaxation, Lunch, Evening Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Dinner


DAY 4 :                   TREK

Himalayas are bountiful and green with reserve forests. Your yoga teacher and a guide will take you on a short, one-day trek in to the Himalayas. Take an opportunity to become one with nature.

DAY 5 :                   PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION, Yoga and Fitness Retreats

Morning Yoga,


Ayurveda Session 1 Doctors are well-trained, certified and qualified in Ayurveda. They are experienced in all Ayurvedic treatment including detoxification and cleansing. Yoga and Fitness Retreats


Evening Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation,


DAY 6:                    PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION,

Morning Yoga, Breakfast, Ayurveda Session 2, Lunch, Evening Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Dinner


Ashram Visit –  Visit Ashrams in Rishikesh  Sivananda, Omkarananda, Swami Dayanand Saraswati, Parmarth Niketan, Swargashram, Gita Bhavan, Yoga Niketan…the list goes on almost endlessly! Your yoga teacher and a guide will take your around Rishikesh to some of the Ashram to help you get a idea of their lifestyle and their traditions.

DAY 8:                   RETURN TO DELHI

Return to Delhi Yoga and Fitness Retreats

Food Options 

Healthy food:  Local and fresh ingredients to keep our food healthy, and flavours alive. Light, homely and delicious meals are on offer. You can always choose a healthy option for breakfast, lunch and dinner with us – balanced food that hits the spot, good food that gives energy and nutrition. Breakfast buffet is large and varied. If you want something tailored, this can be done.

Healthy environment – Everyone can enjoy and feel good in – smoke-free throughout.  For guests who do smoke, they have designated areas outside rooms and public areas.
