Review on Thekkady to Munnar. The entire road from Kovalam to Munnar is incredibly beautiful. Along the way, you see various sights, and what really stands out are the palace-like houses. The nature is so charming. Each town is more beautiful than the last due to the different spice and tea plantations. Simply a feast for the eyes. The locals and hotel staff are polite, kind, and helpful. It must be the altitude and the oxygen at this height that causes tourists to get 'high'. It could also be the tea which causes a weed effect. I really got the giggles but apologized to the driver and Annu. It was another perfect day in Paradise. 🙏🏽

Hello Vishal We completed our Rajasthan tour without a hitch and to our full satisfaction. All the places of interest were covered, and we had time to relax whenever we needed. The driver, Bhawani Singh Chauhan was quite knowledgeable and drove the car at the optimum speed that we could relish. Where required, he made adjustments to the program to optimize the time at our disposal, without compromising on any of the places listed in our tour program. For example, after completing the Jodhpur attractions, he suggested that we would go straight to the Ambaji temple, then to Mount Abu and complete the places to visit at Mount Abu and on the following day, upon leaving Mount Abu, we could cover Ranakpur and then proceed to Udaipur. This way, we had more time to spend in Udaipur. Bhawani Singh is a patient driver and explained some historical perspective of places while we were driving. We dare say we had an excellent driver for our Rajasthan trip. One area where we would have liked a better service was in respect of the quality of some of our tour guides. Some seem to rush up things and lack of English speaking and understanding skills on their part prevented us to relate to them of our expectations on places of interest. Dear Vishal, The dust of returning from a month’s holiday had settled a bit. We had a very good time with a couple of wonderful guides and drivers. Mustaque and Kamal really made a large contribution to our trip. We had a lovely holiday - although the north-east and especially Nagaland, is rather tough at times, both re the roads and the hotels. The hotel in Dapo was terrible - and the only one there. We found the people in the Mon area to be rather unsmiling. The tribal aspect in Arunachal is still to be found; in Nagaland there is the language (which we can’t appreciate as we don’t know about it) but the tribal aspect is all but gone, apart from a few very old people. There is a festival during which people perform in their tribal dress in February or March, but we get the impression it must be very much a revenue driven occasion. We saw a lot of nice things in Nagaland, but we think Arunachal is the (much) better place. Ow it’s time to sort out our memories and our photographs. Best regards, Peter

Lakhan (Fatehpur Sikri guide) and Puneet’s (Taj Mahal guide) knowledge and expertise as guides was wonderful. I learnt so much about the landmarks we visited in my own country. Shamim (our driver) was always prompt and friendly. He got us to all our destinations safe and sound and on time. Sunil (logistics) was always courteous and helpful for all our logistical needs.
